The register for Dzirnavu Street 53 gives Samuel-Jacob's date of birth as 3 August, the register for Sadovnikova Street 17 states 6 November 1908 whilst the Rezekne Jewish community states 1 September 1908.
Samuel-Jacob called up for military service 28 Feb 1930 served in Daugavpils ( Dvinsk)
From Apr 1937 at Sadovnikova Street 17 apt 6 Riga
Was sent to Ghetto on 30 November 1941
