As per the descision of the Duke Royal Governer dated 31 December 1816 being clause 128 The Council of Elders Cobblers Guild Assembly certifies that Mr Bock born in Mniszkow gubernia, aged 25 has been awarded the tiltle of Master and is included in the Guild Masters Register List.
The holder has presented a pair of hand-made men's shoes to the panel by which this certificate was earned
