It appeared the Jew Szmul Boruch Szlamowicz Lipkiewicz, 28 years old, shoe-keeper by profession, resident of village Zbojna, accompanied by the witnesses Zelman Abramowicz Grodner, worker, age 54, and Fiszk Herszkowicz Szafranowicz, shames, age 55, both residents of town Nowogrod, and showed us a child of a male gender announcing that he had been born in village Zbojna on September 3rd (15th), this year, at 1 p.m. of his lawful wife Sora Leja Kiwowna, 26 years old.
This child was given the names Moszk Jankiel.
Then this document was read aloud to the client and the witnesses and signed by us and the witnesses. The client was illiterate.
