It appeared the Jew Idzk Abramowicz Potasiewicz, tailor, 30 years old, resident of village Zbojna, accompanied by the witnesses the Jews Josek Jankielowicz Rozenbaum, synagogue servant, age 50, and Zelman Abramowicz Grodner, shames, age 70, both living in town Nowogrod, and showed u s a child of a female gender announcing that she had been born in village Zbojna on July 27th (August 8th), this year, at 2 p.m. of his lawful wife Leja Idzkowna, 34 years old.
This child was given the names Tauba Ryfka.
Then this document was read aloud to the client and the witnesses and signed by witnesses only. The client, father of the child, was illiterate.
