    • The 1897 First All Russian Census shows an Anna KELLER daughter of Ayzyk age 19 a servant, maiden, born in Popiolka in the house of Kiwa Nison and Malka SZARKANSKI

      It happened in the village of Nowogrod on 22nd December 1881 / 6th January 1882 at 11 a.m.
      It appeared in person the Jew Ajzyk KELLER, worker, 44 years old, resident of the village Wyk, accompanied by the witnesses Lejba KON, age 73, and Moszek KANEWICZ, age 67, both shamus's living in the village of Nowogrod, and showed us two children of a female gender announcing that they had been born in the village of Wyk on 15th / 27th December this year, at 10 p.m., of his lawful wife Brajna Jankielowna, 44 years old.
      The children were given the names Ena to the one and Fruma to the other.
      Than the document was read to the client and the witnesses and signed only by us because the father and the witnesses were illiterate.
