It appeared the Jew Moszk Zelman (two names) O..?nowicz KUZNIK, worker, 36 years old, resident of the village Zbojna, Kupiska county, accompanied by the witnesses the Jews Abram Joszkowicz CHARLAK, merchant, age 65, and Zelman Abramowicz GRODNER, shames, age 67, both residents of Nowogrod, and showed us a child of a female gender announcing that she had been born in village Zbojna on 18th / 30th November, this year, at 12 a.m. of his lawful wife Leja Jankielowna, 36 years old.
This child was given the name Raszka.
Then this document was read aloud to the witnesses and the client and signed by the witnesses only. The father of the child declared that he was illiterate.
