It happened in the village Nowogrod on 6th/18th March 1888, at 3 p.m.
He appeared in person the Jews Fajba BLUMBERG, age 49, and Abram KRZEW, age 20, both workers living in the village Nowogrod, and announced that yesterday at 10 p.m. had died in the village Zbojna Frejda PTAKIEWICZ, labourer, widow, 67 years old, daughter of Dawid and Doba of unknown maiden name.
After becoming convinced about the death of this document was read aloud and signed by us and one of the witnesses. Then other witness is illiterate.
