He apperaed in person, the Jew, Zelek Szlamowicz KIKMAN, a worker, living in the village of Wyk, 25 years old, accompanied by the witnesses Kranuszek USTACH, age 28, and Josek PAWELCZYK, age 30, both farmers, living in the village of Wyk, and showed us a child of the female gender announcing that she had been born in the village of Wyk on 3rd / 15th December of this year at 7 p.m. of his lawful wife Chaja Sora LEYBKOWNA, 25 years old.
This child , at the religious ceremony was given the name Kreyla.
Then the document, upon being read aloud to the client and witnesses, was signed only by us, the Clerk of the Civil Administration, because the father of the child and the witnesses declared that they were illiterate.
