It happened in town Chmielnik on 20th September / 2nd October 1890, at 4 p.m.
It appeared Jukiel Fajwel ZAWADZKI, baker, 30 years old, resident of the town Chmielnik, accompanied by the witnesses Berek PACHOL, age 35, and Motel KOSSOWSKI, age 65, both shames from the town Chemielnik, and showed us a child of a male gender announcing that he had been born here in town Chmielnik on 14th / 26th August 1888 (!), at 4 p.m. as a son of him and his lawful wife Brandla nee KWASNIEWSKA, 26 years old.
During the ceremony of circumcision this child was given the names Mordka-Berek.
The delay of the birth registration of this child appeared due to the fact that the father of the newly-born served in the army.
Than this document was read to the clients and signed by us and the witnesses. The father of the child is illiterate.

It happened in town Chmielnik on 7 th (19th )July 1886.
We announced that in the presence of the Rabbi from the Chmielnik Jewish community, Abram Icek SILMAN, as well as the witnesses Berek PACHOL, age 31, and Moszek KOSSOWSKI, age 61, both residents of town Chmielnik, a religious marriage had been concluded yesterday between
Jukiel Fajwis ZAWADSKI, bachelor, 27 years old, son of the living Szmul Hersz and already deceased Haja nee TCHURZ, living together with his father in town Chmielnik, and Brandla KWASNIEWSKA, maiden, 24 years old, daughter of Efroim Moszek and Fajga nee JANKLEWICZ, living together with her parents in town Chmielnik.
This marriage was preceeded by three announcements published in the synagogue of Chmielnik on 14th (26th) June, 21st June (3rd July) and 28th June (10th July), this year. The verbal persmission for the marriage was given by the father of the groom and the father of the bride. The newly-weds announced that they concluded no marriage agreement.
Then this document was prepared and signed by the present persons. Jukiel Fajwis ZAWADSKI, Brandla KWASNIEWSKA, Szmul Hersz ZAWADSKI and Efroim Moszek KWASNIEWSKA were illiterate.
