It happened in the town of Chmielnik on 5th November / 17th November 1878.
We announce that in the presence of the rabbi from the Chmielnik Jewish community, Lejbusd EJGISZTAYN, as well as the witnesses Hersz Mendel PACHOL, age 57, and Moszek KOSSOWSKI, age 52, both shames residing in the town of Chmielnik, a religious marrage has been concluded between Jankiel JAJCARZ, bachelor, 19 years old, son of Efroim and Sora nee LEJB, Jewish parents living in the town of Chmielnik and Hans SILNBERBERG, maiden, 23 years old, daughter of Kobel and Rajza ZAWADZKA, both parents still living in Chmielnik.
This marriage was preceeded by three announcements published in the synagogue of Chmeilnik in 1st / 13th October, 8th / 20th October and 15th / 27th October this year at 11 o'clock on Shabbat days. The verbal permission for the marriage was given by the father of the bride.
The newly-weds announced they they concluded no marriage agreement
