It happened in the town Chnielnik on 5th / 17th November 1878.
We announced that in the presence of the Rabbi from Chmielnik Jewish community, Lejbus EJGISZTAYN, as well as the witnesses Hersz Mendel PACHOL, age 57, and Moszek KOSSOWSKI, age 52, both shames residing in the town Chmielnik, a religious marriage had been concluded yesterday between Jankiel JAJCARZ, bachelor, 19 years old, son of Efroim and Sora nee LEJB, Jewish parents and Hana SILBERBERG, maiden, 23 years old, daughter of Kopel and Rajza nee ZAWADZKA, both parents still living in town Chmielnik.
This marriage was preceeded by three announcements published in the synagogue of Chmielnik on 1st (13th) October, 8th (20th ) October 15th (27th) October this year, at 11 o'clock on Shabbat days. The verbal permission for the marriage was given by the father of the bride.
The newlyweds announced that they had concluded no marriage agreement.
Then this document was prepared and signed by the present persons
