- [S2] Birth certificate, Nowogrod Registry Akt M? year 1844 (Reliability: 3), 10th October / 22th October 1844.
It happened in the office of the chief officer of the village Rudka Skroda, on October 10th (22th), 1844.
It appeared in person Abraham Herszkowicz Lipszyc, resident of the village Rudka, and asked about the confirmation of the birth certificate of his daughter Itka born in his marriage with Dweyra Berkowna, because she had no such document and what she needed to get married with Zelek Szlomowicz from the village Wyk. Therefore he confirmed his daughter Itka had been born on January 3rd, 1828, and that he presented two witnesses, 1) Grzegorz Sakowski and 2) Pawel Maslowski, both farmers from the village Rudka, both having all civil rights. These witnesses confirmed without any hesitation that they know very well Itka Abramowna, that she had been born on January 3rd, 1828 as a daughter of Abraham Herszkowicz and Dweyra Berkowna and remained unmarried. All the presented facts were true, corresponding with the documents and they could tell it under oath.
Then this document was written and signed. Both witnesses confirmed with crosses because they were illiterate.
The correctness of this document was confirmed by the chief officer of the village Rudka?
