Be it known that Ziskin Sidney Cecil Sugarman otherwise Cecil Sugarman of Flat D, 91 Elgin Avenue,London W. 4.
Died on the 17th June 1946 at Olaf Street, Hammersmith, Middlesex.
Be it further known that at the date hereunder written the last Will and Testament (a copy whereof is hereunto annexed) of the said deceased was proved and registered in the Principal Probate Registry Office of his Majesty?s High Court of Justice and that Administration of all the Estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court to Emily Agnes Sugarman of Flat D. aforesaid widow the relict of deceased the sole Executrix
named in the said will.And it is hereby certified that an Affidavit for Inland Revenue had been delivered wherein it is shown that the gross value of the said Estate in Great Britain (Exclusive of what the said deceased may have been possessed of or entitled to as a Trustee and not beneficially) amounts to ?679 6s 9p. and that the net value of the personal estate amounts to ?679 6s 9p.

I revoke all wills and Codicils heretofore made by me, and I give my wife Emily Agnas (sic) 75%of what I possess and the remaining 25 % to my son Douglas David Swain Sugarman. My younger son Kenneth Harry Swain Sugarman 1/- and I appoint my Wife as sold (sic) Executrix. In the event of my son Douglas decease then the whole of my effects to my Wife.
In WITNESS whereof I the said Cecil Sugarman have hereunto set my hand this 1st day of
October 1943.
