- At time of 1897 First All-Russian Census Eida lived in the house of Malkiel, Varaklyanskaya Street, Vilyani, Latvia
Helana Harbott in her e-mail stated that Eida was born in 1840. The Latvian State Archive gives 1843 as her birth year. Her death certificate gives age as 77 years making birth year 1841. Whichever is true she was over 50 yrs old when she came to England. The 1911 Census shows Ada born in 1841.
Linda Anderson (descendant of Michael Caidan's wife's family) conirmed that Ada Caidan lived at 131 Victoria Park Road, was a member in her own right and a seat holder in South Hackney Synagogue in 1910.
Death certificate says Morris Caiden present at death.
