Isaacs birth certificate (7 Jun 1893) gives Leah's maiden name as Solomon.
Solomon's birth certificate (14 Feb 1902) gives Leah's maiden name as Isaacs.
Sarah's birth certificate (19 Jul 1905) gives Leah's maiden name as Abrahams.
As this is 13 years after her first known child and gives the same maiden name I have assumed it is the correct maiden name.
