Whereas Henry Kutner, an Alien residing at 19 Gun Street, Bishopsgate in the County of London.... praying for a Certificate of Naturalization and alleging that he is a subject of Russia, having been born at Aleksander, in the Province of Ietrikoff, on 15th April 1870, and is the son of Solomon and Rebecca Kutner, both subjects of Russia - a Woollen Merchant - is married and has three children under age, viz:- Nathan, aged 18 years, Abraham, aged 15 years, and Solomon, aged 13 years.
Now in pursuanceof the authority given to me by the said Acts, I grant the aforesaid Henry Kutner, this certificate and declare that he is hereby naturalized as a British Subject....
In witness whereof I have hereto subscribed my name this 26th day of March 1913
I Henry Kutner swear by Almightly God that I will be faithful and bear true allegience to His Majesty King George the Fifth, His Heirs and Successors.

Cerebal thrombosis due to artesis sclerosis and hypertension. Certified by Harvey Wyatt, Coroner for County of London after Post Mortem without Inquest.

It happened in Warsaw on 29th March 1894at eleven in the morning, he appeared the religious leader Abram ZIBRLBERG, age 42, with Naftal Henoch KUTNER son of Szlama Binem and Riwka Ruchla nee KOWALSKI ,of the married couple KUTNER age 27, from Alexsandrow, now living in Warsaw, and the maiden Rojza Szpetna, age 22 daughter of Nachman Hersz and Sura Riwka nee LIBERMAN, of the married couple SZPETNA of Janow. (see note at end) and alondg with the witnesses, Itsik SZNAPMAN, age 36, and Nuchum GARFINKEL, age 40, and state today a marriage occured between Naftal, Henoch KUTNER and Rojza SZPETNA. three announcements before the marriage on 5 March/ 17 March, 12 March / 24 March and 19 March / 31 March this year
There were 20 towns in Poland called Janow so it is impossible to now from the translated section of the document which was Rojza's home town.

Miriam's birth certificate shows her birth as 7 September 1899 and the address as 2 Cannon Street Road. Her marriage cerificate shows her residence as 2 Cannon Street Road. I am sure that they are the same person and that she understated her age on the marriage certificate.
