As seen from Part 1 of the Book of Velionsk Jewish community about those born in 1903 the article 2 states: 28 April 1903 in Velionsk Velionsk meschanin[3] Gdaliy Yoselev-Haimovich Keidat and his wife Doba Leikovna had son Morduh.
This Certificate about the genuine entry, registered in the Birth registry book under #2 in 1903, is true and is given to Gdasiy Keidat for presenting to the registering office to which I certify.
