It happened in the city of Kromolow on 10th December 1840 at 8 a.m.
It appeared the Jew Marek TANENHOLTZ, Rabbi of the town of Kromolow, age 42, accompanied by the Jew Szmul POZMANTER, widower of his deceased wife, labourer, born and still living in Bedzin, 55 years old, son of unknown parents, and the Jewish woman Mirla Aronowicz ZAWADZKA, widow of her husband Marek GOLISZWEJK, who had died on 23 December 1835 in Mrzyglod, a resident of Mrzyglod, daughter of unknown parents, 45 years old, as well as the witnesses Herszlik WALLNERMAN, inn keeper age 62 and Herszlik HABERMAN, trader of textiles, age 60, residents of the city of Kromolow and announced that yesterday in front of him a religious marriage had been concluded between Szmul POZMANTER and Mirla ZAWADZKA.
The marriade had been preceede by three announcements published in the synagogues of Kromolow and Bendzin on 13th, 20th and 27th June this year.No reservations towards the marriage hadbeen registered. The newly-weds announced that they had concluded no marriage agreement
