      It happened in the settlement Nowogrod on 25th June / 8th July 1902, at 6 p.m.

      It appeared in person Neuch WAJNER, Rabbi the Nowogrod Jewish community, together with the witnesses, the Jews, Wolf KON, tailor, age 59, and Fajba BLUMBERG, barber-surgeon, age 67, both residents of the settlement Nowogrod, and announced that today in front of him a religious marriage had been concluded between Fiszko KONOPKA, worker, bachelor, 19 years old, son of the living Abram Moszek and Chaja nee WANKART?, family KONOPKA, born and still living with his parents in town Lomza and Hana Enta KIKMAN, maiden, 33 years old, daughter of the living Pinches and already deceased Bejla nee BROCKOWICZ, family KIKMAN, born and still living with her father in the village Zbojna, Gabrych district.

      The marriage had been preceeded by three announcements published in the synagogues of Lomza on May 1st (14th), 20th (7th June), 1st (14th) June, and in the synagogue of Nowogrod on 8th (21th), 15th (28th) and 22nd June (5th July), on Shabbes days to the Jews gathered for prayer. The newly-weds announced that no marriage agreement had been concluded. The verbal permission for the marriage was given by the parents of the groom and the father of the bride.

      Then this document was read to the clients, signed by the rabbi and the witnesses. The newly-weds declared that they were illiterate.
