- [S14] Birth certificate, Nowogrod Registry B15/1845 Wyk (Reliability: 2), 21 Nov 1845.
It took place in Nowogrod on 9th (21st) November, 1854, at 1 p.m.
It appeared the Jew Zelek Szlamowicz KIKMAN, labourer, 49 years old, resident of the village Wyk, Kupiski district, accompanied by the witnesses the Jews Froim Dawidowicz GOLDBERG, labourer, age 78, from Nowogrod, and Jan LEYMANn (catholic), inn-keeper from village Wilk, age 33, and showed us a child of a female gender born in village Wyk on 5th (17th ) January, this year, at 12 midnight, of his lawful wife Chaja Sora DAWIDOWNA , 33 years old.
This child was given the name Myndla.
Then this document was read aloud to the client and the witnesses and signed by the witnesses only because the father of the child was illiterate.
The document was located and translated by Andrzej Seler March 2012.
From the names and location the overwhelming probibility is that this girl is related to the family, however, I have no other record of Myndla or her parents
