      It happened in the settlement Nowogrod on 9th / 21st March, 1884, at 11 a.m.

      It appeared the Jew Oszer Gerszon LURIE, Rabbi of the Nowogrod Jewish community, accompanied by the witnesses Izrael IGLEWICZ, dyer, age 56, and Dawid CHMEILEWSKI, inn-keeper, age 43, all residents of the settlement Nowogrod, and announced that today in front of him a religious marriage had been concluded between Nisson Mejer KIKMAN, bachelor, 19 years old, bachelor, son of the living Pinches and Bejla Ryfka Nissonowna married KIKMAN, born and still living with his parents in the village Zbojna, Gabrychow county, Kolno district, and Chaja Bejla KRYSZTAL maiden, 20 years old, daughter of the living Abram Kelman and Rochla Dawidowna family KRYSZTAL, living with her parents in settlement Nowogrod.

      The marriage had been preceeded by three announcements published in the local synagogue on February 18th and 25th ,as well as March 3rd, this year. The newly-weds announced that no marriage agreement had been concluded.

      Then this document was read to the clients, signed by the rabbi and us, clerk of the civil administration only. The clients and the witnesses declared that they were illiterate.
