- On the 1911 Census for England and Wales line 12 states "Debbie, daughter, age 7½ years born London" I can find no details for Debbie's birth although she would have been born in 1903/4. Alexander Beider's book A Dictionary of Ashkenazic Given Names shows the derevation of Tauba as being the German word for a pigeon or dove. Another old German word for a dove was Dube. I believe that Tauba became Debbie on the Census and Deborah on the death certificate

On 11 June 1904 at 12 Little Turner Street a girl, Tauba, daughter of Itzie REICHENBERG, a hawker, and Hinda Sura REICHENBERG formerly MEINVOLT. Informant the mark of Itzie Reichenberg, father, 12 Little Turner Street.
The fact that it states "the mark of" indicates the Isaac could not sign his name.
