  It is probable that the KELER family is the same as the KELLER and KEILER family of future generations. At the time of Zelik's birth Jewish people in Poland did not have surnames. The Jewish naming system would have been Pinchus ben Zelik (Pinchus son of Zelik). The Polish Pinchus Zelikowicz means Pinchus son of Zelik. The surname KELER has been added for clarity as to the family line being followed. Died: Abram's great-grandson who was born on 16 May 1816 was called Abram. This would only happen if Zelik's father was no longer alive
